Pedagogical Practices: Design and Validation of SOCME-10 Rubric in Teachers who have Recently Entered Basic Education

This study was intended to validate a rubric assess pedagogical practices SOCME 10 in teachers who have recently gone into teaching service Mexico based on socioformation. Its content validity determined from 21 expert evaluation. Highly satisfactory levels of suitability and understandability were obtained each the contained instrument (Aiken’s V > .80). Afterward, administered 532 Mexican recruited for public education service. Participants expressed high suitability, understandability, satisfaction concerning instrument. According theoretical rationale, exploratory confirmatory factor analyses single-factor nature The identified as “mediation problem-based training, collaboration, inclusion.” Instrument reliability Cronbach’s alpha (.86). It is concluded that possesses construct validity, well target population.
